Refund Policy
Please note that our products are perishable, this means that you do not have the same rights to return the products as you would for non-perishable products.
If you are not satisfied with the products, please e-mail us at info@hearmeraw.co.uk and we will do whatever we can to resolve your issue. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept the return of any product or item unless it is not the product or item that you have ordered or is faulty in some way. Unless those circumstances apply, you will remain liable for and still have to pay the full cost of it, including the delivery charge.
This does not affect your statutory rights through distance selling.
