Deliveries
All our cat & dog food is frozen, so we allow you to a select a date for your order to arrive via DPD, so you’ll be sure not to miss it. All of our orders that are shipped have a leave safe note attached to them so if you are not in, they will be left in a safe place for you.
Delivery is available Wednesday & Friday currently.
Next Day delivery is available on any orders placed before 12 noon, Tuesday & Thursday .This only applies to England, Scotland and Wales
All our goods are packed in double foil lined boxes with ice packs to ensure that our product reaches you fully frozen, and in perfect condition, even if the goods are left until later on the delivery day
You will receive an email from the courier to give you an update on where the delivery is. You DO NOT have to be available to sign for the delivery. When you checkout, there is a text box for you to leave instructions if you wish on where the parcel(s) can be left if no one is going to be in

We offer Nominated Day Delivery at no extra charge to our standard shipping cost.
We currently offer delivery on Wednesday & Friday (excluding Public Holidays).
You can choose from our delivery days during the checkout process.
When you place your order, you can add additional delivery instructions to your order to help your driver deliver your parcel without any delay. Simply fill in the box titled ‘Add a note for your delivery driver here’ on the checkout page. You can find this box at the bottom of the checkout page in the ‘Add delivery instructions’ section.

Click and Collect at our Unit
We offer FREE collection on any order. Order and pay online, choosing In Store Collection at checkout, and selecting the day you wish to collect.
Please add to the notes section upon the checkout process which day you will be collecting so we can ensure your order is ready for collection. Our collection times are Tuesday & Thursday 10am -1pm
